Tom Luginbill is a National Recruiting Director and college football analyst for ESPN. Luginbill grew up in Tempe, Arizona and San Diego. He is the son of the professional and college coach Al Luginbill. He hosts these TV shows: ESPNU Recruiting Insider, ESPNU Coaches Spotlight and College Football Live.
